RED Rental Application and Instructions
We comply with all Federal and State laws regarding discrimination and do not discriminate based upon age, sex, marital status, religion, race, national origin, or other prohibited classes.
All persons, 18 or older, must submit an application along with application fee and proof of identity. The number of occupants must be in compliance with HUD standards and guidelines. Application Fees are Non Refundable as follows:
Married couple $65 / Individuals $45

Application fees are due at time of application. Security deposits, pet fees, and one month's full rent are due prior to occupancy and are payable in cash, money orders or other certified funds.
Criminal records must show no convictions for crimes involving violence, assault or battery, drugs, or firearms. No felonies within the last seven years and no sexual offenses EVER. In the event a record shows “adjudication withheld”, “nolle prosse” or “adjudication deferred”, further documentation may be required and applicant may be denied on this basis.
We require a good faith deposit to be collected to hold a property off the market. If the applicant(s) is/are approved and applicant(s) fail to enter into a written lease within two weeks, the deposit shall be forfeited. We can not hold a property off market for more than two weeks.
